How to use a lotion bar:

Warm the bar between your palms or massage the lotion bar freely on the skin
Use anywhere and anytime on your skin, and dry areas, like heals or elbows - Massage the lotion into your skin until absorbed.

Think of this waterless moisturizer as a concentrate: a little goes a long way. All you need is a few swipes for long-lasting moisture. Keep it in a dry place.
